The BCK leadership, have been involved in the Thermal Desorption business since 1997, during the 1st pilot-testing program which was conducted in at the Bethlehem Corporation’s Process Development Laboratory in Houston. Since 1997 this team has built and commissioned facilities in Congo, Scotland, Netherlands, Turkmenistan and Egypt. Some 1,495,000 metric tons of Oil Base Mud Cuttings – Slops have been processed during that time. We have amassed extensive experience in thermal processing, leveraging our expertise to deliver precise, efficient and high quality solutions tailored to our clients needs.

The Thermtech TCC process is designed to provide efficient on-site cuttings treatment and fluid recovery. The unique configuration is ideal for environmentally-sensitive and limited or zero-discharge locations. The friction based treatment system helps to decrease overall waste volumes, recover and re-use valuable base oil, reduce waste transportation liability, and lower overall project costs.
